  • All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be included in the return.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to info@quantumstreampc.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you detailed instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address.
  • Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and tags.
  • Ship the Return: Return the item via a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in new or unused condition, or if parts/accessories are missing, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

To return a damaged or defective item:

  • We will provide a pre-paid return label for the return shipment at no cost to you.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted may not be returned or exchanged.
